Ligue 1 - PSG (2016)
At this point in football history, it's a known fact that PSG has always been the most dominant side in Ligue 1. If you thought so too, you're wrong. PSG were nothing but a low tier league club when it all started in the 1970s, followed by a Ligue 1 promotion in the 1971-72 season.
In the early part of the century, PSG acquired a young Brazilian man who went by the name of Ronaldinho. He effectively changed the game with his small feet and juggling abilities, it seemed as if he had magnets at the end of his feet. Anyway, since then PSG have won 8 more titles from 2012-13 to last season. The most dominant season of which took place in 2015-16 where the club finished on 96 points with 6 draws, 2 losses, and 30 wins over the entire league. Additionally, they had an 83 goal difference, having scored 102 of them and conceding under 20.
They concluded the season in Troyes, where PSG won in a dominant 9-0 fashion to seal the Championship. They won the league on March 13th with 8 games to spare, or the fastest in the top European flights.
