Erik Ten Hag’s Manchester United record compared to previous coach Ralf Rangnick
Ten Hag has now been in charge of United for 23 games and you can already see the benefits of his coaching qualities.

We’ve looked at Ten Hag’s stats compared to Ralf Rangnicks stats.

Ten Hag has had an active six months as United coach, with the purchase of Casemiro, Christian Eriksen and Martinez, he has brought in players who suit his style of play.
At the same time, he has handled the conflict with the Portuguese world star Ronaldo well, his contract with United was terminated and he is no longer to be found at Old Trafford.

They have been more dominant on the ball and their pressure and counter play are better than seen in a long time. Ten Hag has also got Marcus Rashford going and he now again looks like a top player who can be decisive in matches.

His stats are much better than former coach Rangnick, and Manchester United again look like a team that can play in the top 4 and the Champions League places.

There are still things that need to be improved and he himself has stated that a process is underway which may take time, the next step must be to find a striker who can replace Cristiano Ronaldo.
