USA : NBA Playoffs - Boston Celtics vs Atlanta Hawks

The Boston-Atlanta series returns to the TD Garden for game 5 after the Celtics extended their lead to 3 games to 1.

 

With outstanding performances from star wing players Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum, the Celtics are in good shape coming into their next home game. It should also be worth mentioning that only 13 teams in NBA history have been able to come back from a 3-1 playoff deficit.

 

Game 4 saw Trae Young, Dejounte Murray, and DeAndre Hunter take initiative on Atlanta’s offense. That said, and as many media outlets came to predict, high-level performances from Hawks players didn’t prove to be enough against Boston’s firepower.

 

With their last played game and Boston’s home court advantage in mind, I see the Celtics closing the series out.
